Our firm was established in 1951 during British colonial times by the late Architect Billings Leong, the first registered architect in Sabah.

We pursue a modernist approach to design; a legacy of the founder, the late Ar. Billings Leong, who left many historical examples in East Malaysia. His approach of using early modernist architecture, tempered to suit the tropical climate, as well as an adherence to functionality, defines our practice of architecture. Our oeuvre consists of various scales and complexities, ranging from singular, purpose-built bungalows to masterplans.

Today, we have a stable staff of more than 40 dedicated employees skilled in the fields of design, project implementation and management. The firm totals 387 years of combined experience as well as RM3.48 billion value of work brought to completion to date.
